How did you join Ålö? 

When I joined Alo in 2010, Alo Ningbo was just starting off its business and I thought it would be an exciting and interesting journey to be a part of. It was also a good opportunity for personal growth and to develop new skills, to grow alongside the company.

Could you describe your journey within the company?

My initial role was as a management assistant, mainly responsible for admin area and support managing director with overall daily work. As a Management Assistant, my main tasks changed over the years. Starting off it was mainly about getting the office in order and setting everything up from a practical point of view. Later is was more about supporting the management team and making sure we had a functioning office. For example, when moving into a new factory in 2018, I was responsible for all office and admin related projects and making sure we stayed within timeframe.

After 10 years development along with the company, I got the opportunity to enter a new role as HR Manager. I see my new role as very professional and challenging but with the support from headquarter and all my colleagues, toghether with my experience of past 10 years’ service in Alo, I am confident that I could fulfill the function. I always find it exciting to come to work.
