What is your professional background?
My experience within Supply includes inventory control, production scheduling, internal and external purchasing and logistics. I have been in different management positions over the past 12 years, and during this time I have managed inventories for mining and construction production lines. I have directly and in-directly managed personnel in global warehouses, while planning production priorities for 5 different units.
Could you summaries your first impressions having stayed with Ålö since January this year?
I have enjoyed my first few weeks working with the ALO team. We all have a lot of work ahead of us and I believe the changes we need to better serve our customers will happen. I look forward to our journey towards improving and growing our business.
What motivates you at work?
I believe working as a team and seeing results is a true motivator!
