In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
As a Sales Director Implements I have a focus on defining the right offer at the right price on the right market with the right distribution in order to achieve the goal defined by the board.

To do so, I have to define aims from global to local, assessing the strength of our distribution channels and adjust them if needed. Set progress target and translate these objectives into sales activity. Plan and track sales activity and develop sales skills.

What type of background is needed for your job?
Of course a background in agriculture business is a plus, but most important in my opinion is the ability to mobilize collaborators around a common objective.
