Can you describe your journey within Ålö so far?
I started working at Ålo Brännland in February 2011 on the assembly line as a manufacturing operator. After working with a manufacturing service for three years, I decided to study at the University. I got my degree as a production planner and when I came back to Ålo Brännland, I was offered a position as group coordinator at the assembly line. After a year as group coordinator I got the opportunity to start at the Strategic sourcing department.

The advantage of having worked at the assembly line and now at the Strategic sourcing department is that I have gained greater insight and understanding of how our business works and how things fit together.

Why is Ålo an attractive employer?
I want to understand the relationship between different departments of a manufacturing company, everything from raw material to end customers. Here at Ålo I get the chance to do that and develop my skills both in terms of competence and socially. In my previous position I gained a good product knowledge and understanding of how the production works. Now I can use that knowledge and also learn a lot of new things at the strategic sourcing department.
