How did you join Alo? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I joined Alo in the spring of 2013 with a desire to work in the Agriculture business.I am currently the Key Account Manager handling CNH across North America.I act as a liaison between Alo and CNH to provide accurate forecasts, monitor budgetary responsibilities,and to develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting growth moving forward.I lead and prepare meetings within both companies to ensure accurate, smooth communication and information flow.
Why did you choose to work abroad and what are your expectations?
I have chosen to work abroad because of the great opportunity Alo has offered me.Working abroad will give me the opportunity for personal growth. The move from Canada to the USA will allow me to grow personally and professionally with a great company for many more years in the future!
