How did you join Alo? In a few words could you describe your main tasks in your position?
I found this interesting position on the internet and uploaded my resume. The headhunter recommended me to Alo HR and after several interviews, I happily joined Alo in Ningbo. Today I am in charge of supplier qualification activities, continuous supplier improvement and development as well as the full support to various sourcing projects of Alo Headquarters, Tennessee and Ningbo. Overall this is a very interesting job as the role is so extensive and you learn so many new things.
What type of background is needed for your job?
Quality experience in mechanical industry, knowledge in understanding and analysing technical specifications, drawings and quality solution processes are important for my job. Of course excellent English and a good understanding of the Western culture is very necessary in Alo, since it is such an international company.
