How does Ålö´s recruitment process work?

The personality and cultural fit is essential for us when recruiting new employees. We can only reach our vision to be the customers first choice by living our values Cooperation, participation and responsibility.

Most of our processes are handled by us at the HR department, but for some positions we use external support. Candidates apply through our career site, the ad is also published via LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels.

Applications are reviewed immediately after the application deadline has passed and you will be contacted for an initial interview if your profile meets the criteria for the position.

Candidates that are invited for a second interview will also be asked to conduct a personality test and a problem solving test. After reference checking, a final interview and approval of final candidate is done by the managers manager.

We give feedback to all applicants during the recruitment process, including those who are not chosen for the position.

We are striving for a transparent and honest dialogue through the whole recruitment process. The goal for us is to find the best match between the company and the candidate.
