The Finance Department consists of a driven team with approximately 30 employees, working in eight different countries. We constantly work to improve and harmonize processes within the group and a part of our work is project based. This means varying tasks, quick decision making and possibilities to influence the way we work in a positive direction. The main part of the team (central Finance) is located at head office in Umeå.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for ensuring that the HR strategies, procedures and programs are aligned with the needs of our business and we support our Managers with ongoing HR Support. One of the most important missions for our function is to foster a culture based on Ålö´s shared values; cooperation, participation and accountability. The main part of the team is located at head office in Umeå and we also have a responsible HR Managers located at each plant.
The Ålö IT-team has a challenging vision to provide the best possible IT solutions to support the business. Ålö have outsourced a significant amount of the operative IT work, which means that we can focus on the projects we run. Since Ålö is a fast moving company moving into digitalization, our present projects and planned ones are really interesting.
Our modern Logistics department have focus on optimizing processes to make the business more efficient. The team work as an important link between different parts of the company and have a close collaboration with our Distribution Centers. The team consists of one team in Umeå and one team in Tennessee.
